Hands down the best motorcycle/motorsports shops I’ve ever been to.. goes above and beyond to get your motorcycle serviced. Came in for a basic oil change. And Shawn found a few things that needed immediate attention and addressed them. Shawn is extremely knowledgeable and explains things down to a T and very transparent about the work that’s going to be done. I’ve always felt nervous about leaving my GSX-R with a dealer to work on it such as Corona motor sport or malcolm smith motorsports wondering if they’re even doing the work right. With pacific power sportz and Shawn working on it I never got that feeling.. Shawn is awesome and even follows up with you days after the work has been done, goes to show he stands behind his work, and has your best interest Will be coming back in the future for any work or questions when it comes to my bike. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 10 out of 10 stars

Shawn is an awesome guy with a TON of motorcycle and racing experience. I feel lucky he’s here in my backyard. I dropped of my CRF450 with him to help with race prep and setup for flat track racing and to look over a few things. He addressed everything and noticed other issues that I wasn’t aware of too. His attention to detail is amazing and he won’t short cut anything. He’s quick to provide updates and give options so you know exactly what he’s working on and the timeline to get your bike 100%. Fair and transparent on pricing and you can see that he’s passionate and cares about the quality of his work. It’s one thing to have a dealership work on your bike with a random mechanic and another when you know you can 100% trust the person you’re leaving your bike with because of their experience and resume in this industry. I couldn’t recommend Shawn and Pacific Power Sportz more and guarantee you’ll have a better experience with him than any of the dealerships/shops in the area and his knowledge and quality of work will surpass them as well. I can’t say enough good things about Pacific Power Sportz! Shawn and his wife went above and beyond truly the kind of honest, caring service that’s hard to find these days. Shawn kept me updated every step of the way, even sending detailed pictures of the work being done and being completely transparent about what parts were needed and why. They even opened the shop on their day off just so I could pick up my bike when it was most convenient for me! That level of customer care is incredible. To top it off, they washed it before handing it back! My bike looks and runs amazing, and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with it now. Shawn has saved/repaired my bike soo many times for the past 10 years, he replaced my motor back in 2015 cause I forgot to do the valve adjustment at 27k,after that hes been doing all my maintenance since! Tires, chain and sprocket, and definitely not forgetting my valve adjustments 😅 He is alway very fair, honest and won't BS you. Plus he's got tons and tons of crazy stories ! Dude has lots of knowledge when it comes to bikes. Thanks again Shawn!!
